RLA PEARL has launched it’s latest quarterly survey, and we would like to hear from landlords and letting agents across the UK about their views and experiences of private renting.

We are inviting landlords and letting agents from across the UK to take part in the survey. This survey forms part of our quarterly survey programme, with each survey focussing on different policy areas. This particular survey focuses on regulation and enforcement policy issues in the private rented sector, including tenancy deposits and the right to rent checks.

Our research has already made a significant difference, influencing policy-making on Universal Credit, legal challenges to Right to Rent, and helping to make renting better for all. The successes of our research have only been possible through landlords, sharing their experiences and making their voice heard in our quarterly surveys.

We have already contacted landlords and letting agents who are known to the RLA requesting participation, and we have already received a great response. However, we need more landlords to share their experiences, and the more landlords and letting agents that take part, the more accurate the findings will be.

Please, can you spare the 10 minutes to share your experiences? Thousands of landlords have already completed our quarterly surveys, why don’t you join them and make your voice heard too?

The survey will be closing on the 22nd July at 5 pm. Please don’t leave it to others, they may be leaving it to you.

We want to thank all the landlords and letting agents that have already shared their experiences.

RLA members please check your emails for your survey invitation to take part in the research.

Non-members can share your experiences here:
